1. Digital Products
Since our products (themes, templates, and other digital files) are delivered instantly via download, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed.
2. Exceptions
We may offer a refund in the following exceptional cases:

The product was not delivered to you within 24 hours of purchase.

The downloaded file is corrupted or missing essential content.

You were charged twice due to a technical error.
